  1) Project Preferences  
  I have no specific project preferences and will be pleased to be placed on any Volunteer Project that needs my help. Please skip step 2 and go to steps 3-5 below.

  2) Preferred Project Type (select in order of preference)  
  I have visited the ISV website and based on the current website information I prefer to be assigned to the following types of Volunteer Projects.  
  Croatia - (Projects run May 14, May 28, June 11, and July 9)  
  Wildlife Protection (i.e. trail building, animal husbandry, light construction)  
  Children's Development (i.e. volunteer with children and the community)  
  Bosnia and Herzegovina - (Projects run June 11 and June 25)  
  Heritage and Habitat Restoration (i.e. trail building, light construction, restoring heritage-listed buildings)  
  Community Construction (i.e. light construction, infrastructure maintenance)  
  Romania - (Projects run May 14, May 28, and June 25)  
  Community Construction (i.e. light construction, infrastructure maintenance, volunteer with children)  
  Children's Development (i.e. volunteer with children and the community)  
 
  3) Special Questions  
  Some Volunteer Projects require participants to have a high degree of fitness. Please rate your level of fitness.  
  I prefer not to volunteer in a remote location.  
  I plan to earn academic credit. If I am receiving academic credit, ISV must place me on a project approved for academic credit participants.  
 
  4) Additional Comments  
  Do you have any allergies (food, animals, environmental)? Are there any particular kinds of projects that you prefer not to be involved in? Do you have any concerns about your project? Are there any specific tasks you prefer to be involved with?

I also understand that ISV will do everything possible to place me on a Volunteer Project of my choice; but acknowledge this may not be possible due to factors such as spaces available, departure date, flights, excursions, academic credit, medical needs, and friend placement.
