Standard 4-Week and 2-Week Volunteer Only Flight Option Information:

1. Complete the required Flight/Options Form and submit with all applicable deposits.

• Please realize that ISV cannot secure any seat without a deposit.
• All flight deposits are non-refundable and must be received in the ISV USA office no later than 90 days prior to departure.
• Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc., implemented by the airlines. Prices may increase by as much as, but not more than $100.00CAD.
• ISV has been allotted a limited number of seats for the Fiji Island Excursion. These seats will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis in the order that participant’s deposits are received. An additional $100.00CAD non-refundable deposit is due if you are registering for the Fiji Island Excursion. (Click the link “Optional Fiji Excursion” for further details and total cost)

2. Total amount owing for airfare (including Fiji Option) will be included on your final invoice and is due on or before 65 days prior to departure.

3. All participants flying with ISV on Qantas Airways will receive their flight ticket at the Pre-departure registration in Los Angeles. (Click the link “ISV LAX Pre-Departure Registration” for more details)

Custom Flight Option Information:
(Standard 4-Week Program with additional Projects and/or Tours)

1.  Complete the required Custom Flight Options Form and submit with all applicable deposits. (Click the link to the right)

• Please realize that ISV cannot secure any seat without a deposit.  $100.00CAD deposit is required per country visited.
• All flight deposits are non-refundable and must be received in the ISV office no later than 105 days prior to departure.
• Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc., implemented by the airlines. Prices may increase by as much as, but not more than $100.00CAD.
• ISV has been allotted a limited number of seats for the Fiji Island Excursion. These seats will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis in the order that participant’s deposits are received. 2.  ISV will provide a sample itinerary and quote of airfare within 15 business days of receipt of the required Flight/Options Form and applicable deposits.
