PASSPORTS:
Participant's passport must be valid for six months from your departure. If necessary, participants will need to renew their passports prior to departure to meet this requirement.
ISV requires all participants to mail (or scan and email) a photocopy of their passport photo page to the ISV office. It is recommended that you post this to ISV as soon as you have this available; however the final deadline for us to receive this is 65 days prior to departure.
VISAS:
Australian and New Zealand citizens can enter and stay in Costa Rica for up to 90 days without requiring a visa. This is within the ISV standard four week program. If you intend to extend your trip past this time you are required to obtain a visa from the Costa Rican Embassy prior to departure.

DATE CHANGES:
ISV Group Flights have 12 month duration. Any extension will result in a price increase and is based on availability.
Requests for extensions are subject to availability and must be received by the ISV office prior to 100 days before departure.
