Standard 4-Week and 2-Week Volunteer Only Flight Option Information:

Please realize that STA cannot secure any seat without a deposit. A £75.00 deposit is required.
All flight deposits are non-refundable and must be received in the STA office no later than 105 days prior to departure. (Deposits are transferable where the uptake on the group option is less than ten ISV participants).
Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc. implemented by the airlines.
STA has been allotted a limited number of seats on the group flight. These seats will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis in the order that participant’s deposits are received.
An ISV “group flight” consists of 10 or more passengers. In the unlikely event STA is unable to meet this minimum requirement on any given date; those affected by this will be notified by STA via email approximately 60 days prior to departure. At this time a competitive “individual” fare will be quoted. ISV participants will have 10 days to accept the “individual” fare or notify ISV/STA of their choice to change to Own Flight status. Own Flight requirements are listed below. – Group deposits will be transferred to your new individual STA option.
2. Total amount owing for international airfare will be included on an invoice sent to you by STA and is due on or before 65 days prior to departure.
3. All participants organizing their flight with STA will receive their Electronic Ticket via email approximately two weeks prior to departure.
