Option #1 / ISV Group Flight – Organized through STA Travel
Standard 4-Week programmes (Also including Spanish Lessons) |

All ISV Group Flights to Costa Rica will originate from London, Gatwick (LGW), stopover in Newark, NJ (EWR), USA and then proceed on to San Jose (SJO), Costa Rica.
All ISV Group Flight participants will need to arrange their own domestic transportation to and from London, Gatwick (LGW)
Those participating in the Standard 4-Week programme with Spanish Lessons
Cost for ISV Group Flight is as follows:
Departing 21 June 08 £627.00 (plus taxes)
Departing 05 July 08 £668.00 (plus taxes)
Departing 19 July 08 £653.00 (plus taxes)
Departing 16 August 08 £588.00 (plus taxes)
Those participating in Standard 4-Week programme (No Spanish Lessons)
Cost for ISV Group Flight is as follows:
Departing 26 June 08 £653.00 (plus taxes)
Departing 10 July 08 £638.00 (plus taxes)
Departing 24 July 08 £638.00 (plus taxes)
Departing 21 August 08 £548.00 (plus taxes)
Estimate of taxes = £197.00 (As of February 2008)
(Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc. implemented by the airlines.)
Please note: An ISV “group flight” consists of 10 or more passengers. In the unlikely event ISV is unable to meet this minimum requirement on any given date; those affected by this will be notified by STA via email approximately 60 days prior to departure. At this time a competitive “individual” fare will be quoted. ISV participants will have 10 days to accept the “individual” fare or notify ISV of their choice to change to Own Flight status. Own Flight requirements are listed below. |

Option #2 / Custom programme Flights
(Standard 4-Week programme with Additional Projects and/or Tours) |

All Custom programme participants are required to take a flight organized by STA.
Custom programmes in multiple countries: Due to the variables of ISV Custom programmes in multiple countries, the cost of airfare cannot be guaranteed at this time. STA will provide a sample itinerary and quote of airfare within 2 business days of receipt of the required Flight Options Form and applicable deposits. (The Flight Options Form is due no later than 105 days prior to departure.)

Option #3 / Arrange Your Own Flight to Costa Rica
(Standard 4-Week programme with or without Spanish Lessons) |

All ISV participants choosing to arrange their Own Flight to Costa Rica must:
1. Schedule your flight to arrive at the same time or prior to the specific ISV Group Flight.
2. Schedule your return flight to depart at the same time or soon after the specific ISV Group Flight.

Fly Out of: San Jose, Costa Rica (SJO)
* For specific arrival and departure times, click the link to the right for “ISV Group Flight Details” followed by selecting the specific "Departure Date".
Participants taking their own flight must still fill out the Online Reservation Form (at right). This confirms with ISV that you have decided to organize your own flight and ISV will release your seat after 90 days prior to departure. It is important for all Own Flight participants to send a copy of their flight itinerary via email to the ISV office for their records.
Note: Anyone deviating from the required ISV Group Flight arrival and departure times listed will be responsible for any costs associated with domestic transportation to and from the airport and/or ISV programme location. This is in addition to Domestic Airfare costs listed below.
