PASSPORTS:
ISV requires participants traveling outside their home country to have a current passport. Participant's passport must be valid for six months past the date of the scheduled return from the ISV Program; if necessary participants will need to renew their passports prior to departure to meet this requirement.
 
ISV also requires all participants to mail a photocopy of their passport photo and ID# page to the ISV USA office with their final payment on or before 65 days prior to departure.

TRAVEL VISAS FOR COSTA RICA:
A travel visa is NOT required to enter into Costa Rica if you are a USA citizen.

All non USA citizens:
     1. Must check with the Costa Rican Embassy for their specific visa requirements.
         Participants may find pertinent visa information at:

     2. Acquiring necessary documents is the responsibility of the individual participant.

FLIGHT EXTENSIONS:
ISV Standard 4-Week Program Group Flights have a 28 day duration (33 days including the Spanish Lessons Option). Any extension will result in a price increase of $150.00USD.
Requests for extensions are subject to availability and must be received in the ISV USA office via email no later than 95 days prior to departure.

No date changes will be allowed whatsoever after tickets are issued (60 days prior to departure).
