All ISV group flights to the Dominican Republic will originate from Miami, FL (MIA). Due to the location of our projects, ISV flies into Santiago (STI), Santo Domingo (SDQ), or Puerto Plata (POP), Dominican Republic. Specific flights are determined once projects are assigned approx. 30 days prior to departure.

If you are taking the Spanish Lessons option, ISV flies into Santiago (STI) or Santo Domingo (SDQ), and out of either Puerto Plata (POP) or Santo Domingo (SDQ). All Spanish Lesson participants will be departing on Sunday, five days prior to the start of the Standard Program.

All ISV Group Flight participants will need to arrange their own domestic flights to and from Miami (MIA), Florida.

Cost for ISV Group Flight = $325.00 USD (plus taxes & ticketing fees)
Estimate of taxes and fees as of Nov. 2009 = $145.00 USD
Airline Ticketing Fee = $20.00 USD (As charged by the airlines)

Please note: An ISV “Group Flight” consists of 10 or more passengers.  In the unlikely event ISV is unable to meet this minimum requirement on any given date; those affected by this will be notified via email approximately 60 days prior to departure.  At this time, a competitive “Individual Fare” will be quoted.  Any deposit collected for the “Group Flight” will be applied to the “Individual Fare”.

Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc. implemented by the airlines. Prices may increase by as much as, but not more than $100.00 USD.

All Custom Program participants are required to take a flight organized by ISV.

Custom Programs within Dominican Republic only: Flight costs are the same as the Standard Group Flights above with the exception of a $150.00 USD extension fee.

Custom Programs in the Dominican Republic and multiple countries: Due to the complexity of ISV Custom Programs, the cost of airfare cannot be guaranteed at this time. ISV will provide a sample itinerary and quote of airfare within 15 business days of receipt of the required Custom Flight/Options Form and applicable deposits. (The Flight/Options Form is due no later than 105 days prior to departure.)
