Standard 4-Week Flight Option Information:

1. Complete the required Flight/Options Form and submit with all applicable deposits.

• Please realize that ISV cannot secure any seat without a deposit. $100.00 USD deposit is required upon receipt of the flight form.
• All flight deposits are non-refundable and must be received in the ISV USA office no later than 105days prior to departure.
• Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc. implemented by the airlines. Prices may increase by as much as, but not more than $100.00 USD.
• ISV has been allotted a limited number of seats on the group flight. These seats will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis in the order that participant’s deposits are received.

2. Total amount owing for airfare will be included on your final invoice and is due on or before 65 days prior to departure.

3. All participants flying with ISV will receive airline tickets via email approximately two weeks prior to departure.

Custom Program Flight Information:
(Standard 4-Week Programs with additional Projects and/or Tours)

1.  Complete the required Custom Flight/Options Form and submit with all applicable deposits.

• Please realize that ISV cannot secure any seat without a deposit. $100.00 USD deposit is required for each country.
• All flight deposits are non-refundable and must be received in the ISV USA office no later than 90 days prior to departure.
• Flight costs and taxes are subject to change due to fluctuating fuel surcharges, etc. implemented by the airlines. Prices may increase by as much as, but not more than $100.00 USD.
• ISV has been allotted a limited number of seats on the group flight. These seats will be reserved on a first-come first-served basis in the order that participant’s deposits are received.

2.  ISV will provide a sample itinerary and quote of airfare within 15 business days of receipt of the required Flight Options Form and applicable deposits.

3. All Custom participants will receive their Electronic Ticket via email approximately two weeks prior to departure.

FLIGHT EXTENSIONS:
ISV Standard 4-Week Program Group Flights have a 30 day duration. Any extension will result in a price increase of $150.00 USD.

Requests for extensions are subject to availability and must be received in the ISV office via email no later than 90 days prior to departure.

No date changes will be allowed whatsoever after tickets are issued (60 days prior to departure).
